Joshua spent the first 10 years of his career as Director of Sales developing innovative marketing strategies, driving brand growth, and deliveringmeasurable results across supply and service industries. In 2016, Joshua founded a full service restoration company known as The Master’s Touch Floor Solutions. By establishing superior standards in professional service,customer relations and business efficiency, the new venture quickly expanded and continues to operate as an industry leader. More recently, Joshua has focused on opportunities in the technology and energy sectors, utilizing his entrepreneurial experience to develop projectsfor Web4 services, data processing and hosting operations. Taking these projects from conception to completion, he has demonstrated knowledge and leadership in project management, technical design, infrastructuredevelopment, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. As Chief Operating Officer of Xplor Energy Solutions, Joshua holds a critical role in steering the operational framework of the organization to achievestrategic objectives in a rapidly evolving industry. Jian Gao is an experienced professional with 20 years of expertise in
Supply Chain Management, Supplier Quality Development
Engineering, and Procurement. Over the course of her career, Jian has successfully led cross-functional teams, driving process improvements and cost reductions while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Her deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, coupled with a strong focus on supplier relationships, has enabled her to identify and implement strategies that optimize sourcing, procurement, and supplier performance. Jian is skilled in developing and executing quality control processes and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external suppliers. She brings a strategic mindset to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving operational excellence across all facets of the supply chain.
As Chief Procurement Officer, Jian spearheads strategic procurement
initiatives, optimizes supplier relationships, and implements quality
assurance processes to drive operational excellence for Xplor Energy
Solutions. Since the beginning of 2020, Jian has brought energy related products to North America from overseas, successfully supporting multiple crypto mining site build outs from inception phase to project expansion. Prior to her work in the energy sector, Jian work with tier I and II automakers.
